The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the www.soggyphone.com website. The placing of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

Availability of Goods
 

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. However it is our policy to contact you if a product is out of stock and if you do not wish to proceed with the order or for any reason we cannot supply the product we will arrange for the order to be cancelled.
 


Delivery
 

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. We use Express Post as the bags are itemized and can be traced if they go missing. Another benefit of using Express Post is that they use a speedy delivery system that can usually deliver anywhere in Australia from the date of dispatch within 1-3 working days.

The customer does not need to be home to sign for the bag, it can be dropped into your mailbox, delivered to your Post Office box, or it may get held at your local post office for you to pick up. Please check with your local Post Office before getting in contact with us to check if the bag is being held there.

The national next business day network operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and a number of other important centers.

In each State an additional next business day delivery network is available between a number of places not included in the national network.

Beyond these networks, the fastest possible delivery is provided on a non-guaranteed basis.

Time Limitations for Notification of claims
 

Incorrect Goods
It is the Customers responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 48 hours of delivery. Should there be any extenuating circumstances that have prohibited the Customer to remain within the specified time frame, resolution will be by mutual decision .

Refunds
 

If for any reason you are issued with a refund, please note the following,

All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as on the original order.
When a refund is processed, you will receive an email notification.  Shipping is not refundable.
A refund will usually reach your credit card account within 4 working days after it being processed, please allow up to 10 working days for it to be credited. We do however reserve the right to refund you within 30 days of the return.

Severability
 

In the event that any or any part of these Terms and Conditions shall be determined invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent such term, condition or provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms and Conditions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
